About the Role

Our company is built to help companies manage, grow, and influence their marketplace. Our clients range from venture-backed early-stage companies to trade associations and nonprofits, to Fortune-level global enterprises.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Client Success Manager to maintain relationships with our diverse client base. The Client Success Manager will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for their clients, and work with the heads of our internal departments to ensure that turnaround times and delivery are meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Our Client Success Managers love our clients, and thus naturally they love people. Due to our deadline-based business, an attention to detail is imperative. We expect you to be able to help our work shine for our clients, managing their needs from request to delivery, and making sure they’re always in the loop on what we’re building with them.

What you’ll do:

  • Full cycle campaign management including but not limited to, organizing, and conducting campaign kick-off calls, monitoring campaign performance in-flight, and end of campaign reporting (both internally and externally)
  • Oversee campaign execution including but not limited to; proactively identifying issues, diagnosing problems, and working cross-functionally to provide solutions, as well as conduct weekly internal and external communications and updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that delights our clients
  • Work with the strategists in our company to apply our marketing products to clients’ needs
  • Be chipper, cheerful, and a supportive member of our client’s team – in their company and ours
  • Build beautiful things all day long – of course

Who you are:

  • An experienced professional who has consulted with clients before – not someone to take orders from clients. We’re looking for a leader to consult & provide strategic oversight to meet & exceed goals.
  • Deliver QBRs that are focused on showing impact.
  • Regularly monitor client health and proactively identify needs
  • Partner with clients to create and deliver Case Studies that can be taken to market
  • Stay up to date with customer industry trends
  • Seamlessly partner with internal teams (all internal Model B teams) to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What you should have:

Our preferred candidate is exceptional at project management, relationship management, and capable of managing a diverse set of personality types to ensure client expectations are communicated, managed, and executed upon – experience in digital advertising or marketing is preferred and appreciated.

Additionally, our ideal candidate is driven to task completion, and has a strong entrepreneurial mindset that shows desire to help companies manage and grow in their industry. Some basic experiences that would be helpful are a knowledge of social media, general information about advertising campaigns, and online social media tools. Bachelor’s degree required.

  • You thrive with project management, time management, and customer service experience
  • You have great attention to detail and can quickly spot issues or opportunities
  • Fantastic presentation skills (speaking/writing) and enjoy storytelling with data
  • You are curious, a fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment and committed to continuously improving yourself and help those around you
  • Digital Media or Advertising (digital/data/CRM), Professional Services (digital/data/CRM) experience a plus
